Abstract

Human resources are an essential factor in achieving organizational goals; therefore, training, work environment, and career development serve as key aspects that may influence employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether training, work environment, and career development have a positive effect on employee performance both independently and dependently. The sample was selected using convenience sampling, resulting in 111 employees. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Version 27 through several tests, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the t-test indicate that training has a positive partial effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.978 > 1.982 (t-table) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The work environment also has a positive and significant partial effect, with a t-value of 4.114 > 1.982 (t-table) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Career development likewise has a positive partial effect, as shown by a t-value of 3.477 > 1.982 (t-table) and a significance level of 0.001< 0.05. Furthermore, the F-test results show that training, work environment, and career development simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 178.215 > 2.69 (F-table) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.
