Perbedaan Motivasi Belajar Menggunakan Media Powerpoint Dengan Aplikasi Ispring Suite Berbasis Android Pada Pelajaran Ekonomi (Studi Eksperimen Pada Materi Manfaat Dan Dampak Kebijakan Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI Sma Negeri 4 Jember Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026)

Abstract

The use of learning media tailored to students' conditions and needs can increase learning motivation. Therefore, teachers need to understand the criteria for media to be used to ensure student acceptance and acceptance. ISpring Suite, an interactive learning media, takes the form of quizz and is based on 4.0 technology. ISpring Suite can be chosen by teachers as a learning medium because it is digitally based.This study aims to determine the differences between the use of Android-based interactive media, ISpring Suite, and PowerPoint, on student learning motivation in the topic of the benefits and impacts of economic policy. The research method used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. Data collection techniques used observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used normality tests, homogeneity tests, and independent T-tests. The study population was all 11th-grade students of SMA Negeri 4 Jember, with classes XI-8 serving as the experimental class and classes XI-7 serving as the control class.The results showed that the effect on student learning motivation was statistically significant. The two-tailed test showed a value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the use of interactive media, iSpring Suite, and PowerPoint, on student learning motivation. It is concluded that the use of engaging learning media, such as iSpring Suite, can increase student learning motivation
