Pengaruh Kombinasi POC, Trichoderma sp., dan Metarhizium sp., terhadap Serangan Hama Penting pada Tanaman Kubis

Abstract

Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.) is a horticultural crop with high economic value; however, its productivity is often reduced due to infestations of C.binotalis and P. xylostella. This study aimed to determine the effect of a liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), Trichoderma sp., and Metarhizium sp. on pest population, pest attack intensity, and the growth of cabbage plants. The experiment was arranged using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of seven treatments and three replications.The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the combination of treatments significantly affected all observed parameters. Treatment P6 (LOF + Trichoderma sp. + Metarhizium sp.) produced the best plant growth, as indicated by the highest plant height and number of leaves. Treatments containing Trichoderma sp. were more effective in suppressing the populations of C. binotalis and P.xylostella than the other treatments.
