Pengaruh Budaya dan Struktur Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV Aneka Jaya Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate culture and structure on employee performance at CV Aneka Jaya Rambipuji in Jember Regency. This study began with operational problems at CV Aneka Jaya Rambipuji Jember. Employees were required to work quickly, namely having to prepare customer orders within 20 minutes. This demand triggered communication problems and task confusion among employees, which resulted in lost goods. Therefore, this study sought to determine how the influence of a strong culture and clear division of tasks supported by proper communication can have a positive impact on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 59 employees, where all were respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods through SPSS software. The results of the study proved that positive work habits are proven to make employees work better. In addition, a neat division of tasks and clear instructions from superiors also greatly help employees complete their work. It is proven that cultural cohesiveness and clear structure have a 58.4% influence on employee work success. The conclusion of this study is that strengthening the values of a disciplined work culture and establishing a clear structure is crucial for improving employee performance while reducing errors in employee work.
