Strategi Pendamping Dalam Proses Graduasi Mandiri Keluarga Penerima Manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan di Keluarahan Bintoro Jember

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategies of companions in the independent graduation process of Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program in Bintoro Village, Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type, data collection is carried out through observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation, involving two social companions as primary informants, and two additional informants. The results show that there are five strategies used by PKH companions in the independent graduation process, namely the initial approach, education about independent graduation, home visits, problem solving, and training.. The strategies are proven to be able to increase awareness, change the mindset of KPM to be more independent, and encourage the achievement of the independent graduation target in Bintoro Village.
