Manajemen Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal dalam menghasilkan Revenue Generating (studi pada pelatihan barista di PKBM Bina Makmur Banyuwangi)

Abstract

This research focuses on the management of non-formal education for students by integrating a barista skills training program whose learning outputs are implemented into a cafe so as to support the sustainability of PKBM Bina Makmur Banyuwangi's operational activities through the income of a cafe. This training program has proven effective as evidenced by several indicators of program success. This study aims to determine the management of non-formal education units in generating revenue. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, data collection instruments carried out by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the barista training program from PKBM Bina Makmur ran smoothly and achieved the set goals as evidenced by the implementation of good management functions. PKBM Bina Makmur has designed and implemented a structured barista training program with a focus on the needs of young people as the target participants. Supported by a mini café as a means of practice and a source of income. This program is designed to meet industry needs and support the sustainability of the institution. PKBM Bina Makmur has successfully implemented revenue generating through a structured barista training program, including planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. This program not only improves participants' skills according to industry needs, but also generates additional income through café operations.
