Manajemen Risiko Supply Chain Menggunakan Metode House Of Risk (HOR) (Studi Kasus: KSU Buah Ketakasi Sidomulyo Jember)

Abstract

Supply chain activities in agro-industries are vulnerable to various risks that can disrupt operational performance and business sustainability. This study aims to identify supply chain risks, determine priority risk sources, and formulate mitigation strategies at KSU Buah Ketakasi. The research employed the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and the House of Risk (HOR) method. SCOR was used to map supply chain activities consisting of planning, sourcing, making, delivering, and returning processes, while HOR was applied to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving experts from the agro-industry unit. The results identified 27 risk events and 17 risk agents across supply chain activities. Based on the HOR Phase 1 analysis, the priority risk agents were lack of worker accuracy in production processes (ARP = 606), inadequate transportation (ARP = 516), product inventory recording errors (ARP = 440), insufficient equipment and facilities (ARP = 324), and inaccurate raw material inventory recording systems (ARP = 306). Furthermore, HOR Phase 2 generated five priority mitigation strategies based on the highest Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio (ETDk), namely implementing a barcode scanning system for products (ETDk = 1.746), applying the First In First Out (FIFO) system (ETDk = 1.581), conducting regular training and performance evaluations for production workers (ETDk = 1.550), enforcing stricter production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (ETDk = 1.305), and allocating a special budget for facility improvement and development (ETDk = 1.303). The implementation of these mitigation strategies is expected to reduce supply chain risks, improve operational efficiency, maintain product quality, and support the sustainability of KSU Buah Ketakasi.
