Perancangan Enterprise Architecture dengan Framework TOGAF untuk Optimalisasi Sistem Manajemen Gudang dan Distribusi pada CV. Mak Enak Indonesia

Abstract

CV. Mak Enak Indonesia is a culinary business in Jember Regency that has grown rapidly but continues to face challenges in warehouse and distribution management. Current business processes remain semi-manual and unintegrated, marked by the use of separate applications (AppSheet, Akurat, and spreadsheets) that lead to stock data discrepancies, non-real-time recording, and a sharp increase in warehouse workload during peak seasons such as Ramadan. This study aims to analyze the warehouse and distribution business processes, design an enterprise architecture using the TOGAF framework, and formulate an implementation strategy for CV. Mak Enak Indonesia. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews and observations involving parties engaged in the warehouse and distribution processes. The architecture design followed the TOGAF ADM phases, from the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture, through to Opportunities and Solutions. The results identify seven Critical Success Factors as the main reference for the design, which are translated into ten business functions, fourteen data entities, and four application modules: Stock and Warehouse Management, Distribution and Order, Reporting and Audit, and Notification and Integration. The gap analysis identified thirteen gaps, which were then consolidated into seven work packages forming an implementation roadmap. This research produces a comprehensive enterprise architecture design that can serve as an initial reference for CV. Mak Enak Indonesia in improving stock data accuracy and distribution efficiency.
