Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Articulate Storyline pada Topik Sistem Pencernaan terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Sains dan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA

Abstract

Scientific literacy is one of the important skills that must be mastered to face the challenges of the 21st century. This ability is not only related to mastery of scientific concepts, but also how these concepts can be applied to face various problems in life. However, mastery of this ability is still relatively low. Therefore, efforts are needed in the learning process to improve students' scientific literacy skills. One way is by using interesting and interactive learning media, such as Articulate Storyline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the interactive learning media Articulate Storyline on the topic of the digestive system on the scientific literacy skills and learning outcomes of high school students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental, with students of grades XI-F as the control class and XI-B as the experimental class. The results of the average scores on scientific literacy skills and learning outcomes of students in the experimental class increased, while the average scores in the control class tended to decrease. Analysis of the data produced a significance value of 0.027 for scientific literacy skills and 0.032 for learning outcomes. This means there is a significant difference in the scores obtained by students in the experimental and control classes. Thus, the interactive learning media Articulate Storyline has an impact on students' scientific literacy skills and learning outcomes.
