Strategi Optimalisasi Dana Syahriyah Santri pada Pondok Pesantren Berbasis Maqashid Syariah dalam Mendukung Pencapaian SDGs (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al-Maliki Bondowoso)

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategy for optimizing the management of students‟ monthly allowances at the Al-Maliki Islamic Boarding School in Bondowoso from the perspective of Maqashid al-Sharia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, which were analyzed using the IFAS and EFAS matrices, as well as an evaluation of the five principles of Maqashid Syariah. The results indicate that the current management of shari‟ah funds is not yet optimal due to late payments and a manual record-keeping system, thus requiring fundamental improvements in the aspect of hifdz al-maal (preserving assets) to ensure accountability and efficiency in the boarding school‟s budget allocation. Through a SWOT analysis, the pesantren‟s position is in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy) with coordinates (1.27; 0.92). Based on the Maqashid Syariah, the integration of hifdz al-maal is realized through the recommendation of a digital-based financial system (hybrid digital payment) to minimize financial risks. The implementation of this optimal financial management has proven to be a crucial foundation in supporting the achievement of the SDGs, namely: Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 4 (Quality Education), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through the sustainable strengthening of the institution‟s self-reliance ecosystem.
