This study examines the influence of the independent variables the use of technical analysis, the source of information, and emotion toward investment decisions. Among the three of them, only the source of information that has a significant influence on investment decisions. The research indicates that technical analysis and emotion do not become factors that determine the investors’ decision making. The results of the previous research explain that although most investors often use technical analysis, the method is not the primary method for obtaining data for investment decisions. Investors still prioritize the use of fundamental analysis as the key method of investment decision assessment. It may explain why emotion does not significantly affect investors’ decision making.en_US
