dc.description.abstractElectronic medical records are needed inhealth care facilities for the hospital requires that the data is complete, accurate and real time, in order to improve the quality of health care that is optimal, efficient and integrated. Electronic documents can be used as legal evidence by Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transtactions Article 5 (1) and (2) provides electronic document constitute legal evidence that is lawful and electronic documents is an expansion of legal evidence. Electronic documents are considered valid, when using the electronic system according to the provisions of Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions Article 5 (3).en_US
