| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze and describe the regulation of the Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) cooperation on
infrastructure development in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research, which is carried
out by examining various formal legal rules such as laws and other regulations which are then related to the
problems discussed in this study. The results showed that the arrangement of cooperation in the concept of Build
Operate and Transfer (BOT) in Indonesia was still at the level of implementing regulations (Verodnung). In
connection with the above regulation, there is a void of norms, where the government regulation issued is not
sourced and based on higher norms, the law, because there is no regulation of the BOT system in the form of laws
which are essentially the highest norm comparing with the government regulations. | en_US |
