dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to deliver the result of research at people coffee farm. The research is to describes the causes group competition and increasing the farmers bargaining position against exporters and the domestic market in the form of cafes. The Regent of Bondowoso, Amin Said Husni, has declared the preference in Bondowoso coffee farmers through the icon of "Coffee Republic of Bondowoso". The objectives of the declaration of the Arabica Coffee Cluster is to enhance the prosperity of coffee farmers. This research was utilizing a qualitative method and emphasizing the "conflict theory" approach from Ralf Dahrendorf. The study uses interpretive narrative analysis. The Arabica Coffee Cluster succeeded in becoming a superior product of the Bondowoso Region which was inseparable from the intervention of the Regent of Amin Said Husni. The research team proposes the strengthening of the institution of coffee farmers by developing one door marketing system by making an application. This System information also includes features, namely: the condition of the plantation area which owned by members of the farmer's group, the number of Bondowoso coffee farmers, the number of production of each farmer group, the production of farmer groups, the coffee market or the market of each farmer group. All of these conditions can be monitored by all farmer groups through an Android communication tool.en_US
