dc.description.abstract | The contingency leadership and situational theory approach, especially leader match concept. This theory assume that effective leader hence he or she should be able to change their behaviour as according to characteristic of their follower situational leadership. Analysis result of research in getting that internal factor of woman had a significant influence to leadership component of force as headmaster of SD is be received, external factor of woman had significant influence to leadership componen of force as headmaster of SD is be refused, internal factor of women had significant influence to performance as headmaster of SD is be received and internal factor had significant influence to woman performance as headmaster of SD is be refused and woman leadership component force had significant influence to performance of headmaster of SD is be received. Internal factor had significant effect to leadersip force component. External factor have not significant influence to woman leadership component force. Leadership style had significant influence to women performance as headmaster of SD. This thing show assorted role is leardership style being done by women who are having profession as headmaster of SD hardly meaning to success of attainment of performance being expected. Women according to result of this study can show the role of their leardership in the middle of tendency of men to marginal them. Though the quilty of the external factor is good but it simply don't support succes to increase institute performance being led by them. When women leardership compenent whose wide support from various level or sides especially from their subordinate, hence that thing would increasingly water down attainment of performance baing expected by leader and organizational in general. | en_US |
