    Abstract
    Dalam dunia perhotelan di setiap hotel terdapat beberapa departemen yang saling membutuhkan antara yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Salah satu departemen yang penting dan berpengaruh pada pendapatan di sebuah hotel yaitu makanan dan minuman (Food and Beverage Department). Food and Beverage Department di bagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu Food and Beverage Service Department dan Food and Beverage Product Department.
