Abstract

The rationale of this study is that due to the devolopment of industry, accidents and ailments at work are apt to happen. Accidents and ailments would lower the work motivation of staff and this, in turn, would decrease the work performance of staff. In line with this, this study is aimed at describing the available work safety, health and performence of staff, and the influence of work safety and health on work performance of staff at PT. Gading Mas Indonesia Tobacco september 2002.
