dc.description.abstractask-based learning has many advantages when used to improve the quality of learning. Because this approach can optimize the potential and the role of learner and lecture. In order to facilitate learning, it is necessary in the design of task-based teaching materials specifically designed, according to the characteristics of learners. The instructional development model applied Dick Carey & Carey models (2001). Product of developing program of this study is a draft of learning package that consist of learning material book, lecturers guidance book, and student guidance book Result of the trial shows that the two expertises mark the learning material is good and xellent. Improving the student achivement is highly significance that showed by mean difference of pretest and postest is 35.9. It indicates that learning package improves the student achievement effectively.en_US
