dc.description.abstracthis research was aimed at analyzing the influence of individual difference and organization culture toward the change of management PTPN XII Kebun Kendeng Lembu Glenmore in Banyuwangi. This study was executed using samples of 97 respondents. To examine the influence of such variables as individual difference and organization culture toward the change of management, this research applied the analysis of multi linear regression. The result of such analysis indicated that the product of R 2 was 0.584 or as the amount of 58.4%. This result indicated that as much as 58.47% of dependent variable could be explained by the independent one. While, the remaining 41.6% was described by another variable(s) that was not included in this study The result of ttest showed that all the independent variables (individual difference and organization culture) partially gave significant influence toward the change of managementn PTPN XII Kebun Kendeng Lembu Glenmore in Banyuwangi. Individual difference was partially the most dominant variable in affecting the cnhage of management.en_US
