    Abstract
    The research result reveals thet . 1. There was a significant differenc of teachers' of working motivation on the integreted and dedicated leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words. there was a significant difference between teachers' working motivation that perceive the dedicated style leadership and teachers' working motivation that perceive the integreted style leadership 2. There was a significant of the teachers' working motivation on the integrated and related leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words, there was a significant difference between teachers' working motivation that perceive the ralated style leadership. 3. There was a significant difference of the teachers' working motivation on the integrated and separated leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words. there was a significant difference between tachers' working motivation that perceive the integrated style leadership 4. There was a significant difference of the teachers' working motivation on the dedicated and related leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words, tehere was a significant difference between teachers' working motivation that perceive the dedicated style leadership 5. There was a significant difference in teachers' working motivation on the dedicated and separated leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in ()flier words, there was a significant difference between teachers' working motivation that perceive the `dedicated style leadership and teachers' working motivation that perceive the separated style leadership and 6. There was a significant dilerence of the teachers' working motivation on the related and separated leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words, there was a significant difference between teachers' working rrvAvation that perceive the related style leadership and teachers' Wbrking motivation that perceive the related style leadership and teachers' working motivation that perceive the separated style leadership.
