The empowerment activities may include: Supervision, Sugar Cane Agribusiness, Intercropping Plant Production, Partnership and Community Development (PKBL), labor absorption, Nursery Production, Maintenance Cooperation of Terubusan, Cooperation on Bokhasi Fertilizer Making, Wood Sharing and Cooperation on Porang Plant. The empowerment of forest surrounding communities in forest management should be done optimally by considering: the distribution of benefits of forest management that so far has been considered less fair for the community around the forest should be immediately improved. Forest management in the future would have to further involve communities in and around forest maximally, synergistically with adequate community assistance.en_US
