|dc.description.abstract||As one of the instruments of education , Private Islamic University as an organization has not been able to compete with other universities in Indonesia, seen from the inability of the entry in the national top 20 rankings . Suspected learning not serve as a strong culture, and head of the study program allegedly did not have a high managerial competence, so that they are not able to manage resources well. This study aims to identify and analyze the condition of leadership , organizational culture , organizational learning and performance studies program, and to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational learning, also influence between leadership , organizational culture directly or indirectly through organizational learning to Performance study program Private Islamic University .
This research was conducted in the census . This type of research is descriptive verification . Research hypotheses were tested by using Partial Least Square .
The results showed 1). leadership head of the study program in general still not good category, organizational culture is embedded is not strong , organizational learning is still rather good category and performance study programs is still low ; 2). In the study program leadership and organizational culture simultaneously positive and significant influence , but is partially significant influence of organizational culture ; 3). Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance of the study program indirectly through organizational learning , leadership no significant effect on the performance of study program .||en_US
