dc.description.abstractIodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) with manifestation of enlargement of thyroid gland still becomes a nutritional problem in Indonesia which is not yet overcome, and this begins to spread to coeastal and lowland areas. The goiter incidence is not only because the body lacks iodine but also because the consumption of iodine is actually adequate, but the body experiences a deficiency or excess of a little element that disturbs thyroid hormone biosynthesis.en_US
