dc.description.abstract | Nurses profesionalism is an important role in patient recovery. Nursing
services should be able to meet the needs and demands of the community health
services professionals. This study was conducted to determine the the relations of
training a nurse with professionalism nurses inpatient ward Baladhika Husada
Hospital at Jember. This research used the quantitative research design
correlation with cross sectional method. This research used probability sampling
with 48 nurses as samples. The results from this study showed that the training of
nurses have been followed by more than 50% of nurses are in the poor category
and about professionalism 93.8% obtained a majority of nurses are in either
category. The results of bivariate analysis nurse training with the professionalism
of nurses used Chi-Square test with P value > 1,000 (p> α), it means there is no
relationship between the training of nurses and professionalism of nurses in
inpatient hospital Baladhika Husada Jember. It may be caused by the training
program is not structured for nurses. Therefore, the training can affect to nursing
profesionalism, it should be conducted related training requirements needed in
order to improve the professionalism of nurses in the work. The hospital should be
more attention about the factors of planning and evaluation of the suitability of
such training when the training materials which could affect the professionalism
of nurses so that nurses can improve nursing professionalisme in the working | en_US |
