This study aims to determine the effect of competence knowledge and skills to performance and career development. This study uses census or a complete enumeration, the research conducted on the entire population of 63 employees STIKES and AKBID dr. Soebandi Jember. Before the analysis tested the validity and reliability first. The analytical methods used to analyze the research data is path analysis or cross / fingerprint cross (path analysis). Results of the study group III headcount at most that number of 44 people (68.84%) and class II some 17 people (26.98%), while the number of employees who have type IV still two people, the educational background of most of the respondents had high school as many as 39 people (61.90%), and educated S1 as many as 15 people (23.81%), the age of employees in general are at the age of 41-50 years as many as 34 people (53.97%), while the age of 31-40 years as many as 23 people (36.51%) subsequently aged 51-60 years only 4 (6.35%) and the least aged 20-30 years as many as 2 people (3.17%), the correlation coefficients for the variables of competency knowledge = 0.500, competency skills = 0.564, performance = 0.422, = 0.542 and career development is positive and greater than 0.30, Cronbach Alpha value for the variable competence of knowledge = 0.656, = 0.747 competency skills, performance and career development = 0.772 = 0.701 is greater than 0.60. Conclusion competency knowledge direct effect, positive and significant impact on performance, competency skills directly affect, positively and significantly to the performance, competency knowledge direct effect, positive and significant impact on career development, skills competency direct effect, positive, and significant to career development and the performance of a direct impact, positive, and significant career development. | en_US |
