dc.description.abstractEvaluation and assessment of program sustainability, specifically student entrepreneurship program is a well documented though relatively recent phenomeon. Jember University was execution the micro and small business program for its students by name Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (Entrepreneurs Student Program/ESP). This evaluation study investigates the influences of administrative selection quality, bussiness plan evaluation quality, and score of entrepreneurship education and training result to the sustainability of Entrepreneurs Student Program. Data are drawn from 85 respondents (samples) and 25 groups small bussiness as beneficiaries of ESP for the period of 2011 to 2012 as long as 15 months. This study uses path analysis diagram for existing data. Result of the study show that administrative selection quality and score of entrepreneurship education and training are not direct influences to the sustainability of Entrepreneurs Student Program, but by bussiness plan evaluation quality as intervening variable. Bussiness plan strongly influenced to the sustainability of Entrepreneurs Student Program. The results help to encourage staff program to better strenghtening of bussiness plan by entrepreneurship education and training management.en_US
