Acid rain cause many effects to plants. The aim of this research analyzed the effect of the acid rain exposure to biochemical contents, especially total protein, total sugar and vitamin C in Morus multicaulis Perr. leaves. Twelve Mulberry plants as a treatment were planted on pot and watered with 300 ml acid rain/pot/2 days for 5 weeks. The result showed that total protein, total sugar and vitamin C were affected by acidity of acid rain. The highest result of protein and sugar respectively: pH 5.6 was 5.84% and pH 4.6 was 4.6%. While vitamin C was decreased at pH 5.6 and 4.6.en_US
