dc.description.abstract | Si affects plant growth by increasing plant height and stem diameter at various plants such as sugarcane, rice, tomato, and sorghum. Such effect of Si was expected to increase the rate of growth and yield of mustard. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Si spraying interval on growth and yield of mustard. The experiment was conducted using randomized block design (RBD). The treatments were five spraying intervals of Si and one control. The treatments were control (standard fertilizer), Si each 2 days, Si each 3 days, Si each 4 days, Si each 5 days, and Si each 6 days. Four replications conducted of each treatment. The concentration of Si spraying solutions was 2% r. The results showed no significant difference between Si and control on growth and yield of mustard. | en_US |
