| dc.description.abstract | Tuberculosis (TB) is still a problem in Lumajang regency, especially in Klakah,
Tekung and Senduro which is the area with the highest, medium, and lowest
prevalence average in Lumajang in the last five years. Ignoring this will present a
more complex problem that resulted in the aspects of health, social, and
economic. Fundamental effort that can be done to support TB control program is
to implement area based tuberculosis overcoming plan. The purpose of this study
is to make a model of area based tuberculosis overcoming plan document for
Klakah, Tekung, and Senduro health center. This study is a descriptive study
utilizing primary and secondary data from TB reporting cases, Lumajang bureau
of statistic, Klakah, Tekung and Senduro health centers. Variable consists of
geographic and demographic characteristics, resources, TB prevalence and
indicators of TB control performance on 2013. Based on studies conducted on the
study variables and the process of determining the focus of a series of health
center planning Klakah, Tekung and Senduro have priority problems, optimize the
discovery of suspected tuberculosis in the working area by using the method of
active case finding, while Tekung has a priority problem partnership between
health center with a private doctor in the working area. The study and assessment
of the variables can provide an overview TB problems and aspects that need to be
repaired in Klakah, Tekung and Senduro. From a different region of focus will
