    Abstract
    Berdasarkan pelaksanaan praktek kerja nyata di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jember dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Kegiatan Administrasi Layanan Pos Express pada PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Jember sudah selesai dengan Standart Operating Procedure (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan. 2. Kegiatan Administrasi Layanan Pos Express pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jember antara lain dapat membatu collecting data, processing, transpoting, delivering sampai reporting dan dan layanan pemasangan iklan serta administrasinya.
