This research conducted to compare the amount of dentin calcium that dissolved after irrigated with 5% and 2,5% Tamarindus indica extract. Total of 16 bovine teeth were divided into two groups, each eight samples. Group 1 were irrigated with 5% Tamarindus indica extract and group 2 were irrigated with 2,5% Tamarindus indica extract. Irrigation solution was take in bekker glass, the amount of calcium was measured with AAS. The amount of dissolved dentin calcium after irrigated with 5% Tamarindus indica extract was 5,0833 ppm, and after irrigated with 2,5% Tamarindus indica was 1,3455 ppm. It was concluded that 5% Tamarindus indica extract was decalcified dentin mare than 2,5% Tamarindus indica extract.en_US
