dc.description.abstractDiabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease, which can cause many complications such as nephropathy. Patients with complications of nephropathy may decrease their kidney function, so they needs an appropriate treatment to reduce disease progression. Tight controlling of blood glucose qnd blood pressure will reduce insidence of microalbuminuria in order to slow down kidney disfunction. This study was non-experimental, descriptive and retrospective; and was conducted to determine the profile treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus with nephropathy complication, and to evaluate dose drug therapy in these patients to prevent the occurrence of side effects due to poly,pharmacy treatment. The result showed that the major therapy for diabetic nephropathy patients were antihypertensive drugs and antidiabetes.en_US
