dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and career development planning, work discipline, and leadership on job satisfaction and job performance of employees as well as to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on job performance PT.Mitratani Two Seven Jember. The research was conducted in PT.Mitratani Two Seven Jember with a population of 187 employees. Samples were taken in this study is the total sampling technique, the amount of 100%. The data obtained through interviews, observation and questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results showed that the work environment, motivation, planning and career development, work discipline and leadership significant effect on employee job satisfaction and job performance of employees of PT. Mitratani Two Seven Jember and job satisfaction significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. Mitratani Two Seven Jemberen_US
