dc.description.abstractThis research aims to find out how much the age, education and duration of work factors could influence the income of tobacco workers in Ajung Village Jember Regency. Data analysis of this study was multiple linear regression with 65 respondents. The result showed that age had significant positive effect with coefficient value was 4453.702. Duration of work had significant positive effect with coefficient value of 22462.42. While the education variables had not significant value because education didn’t affect the size of wages which received by the workers. And educational history of tobacco workers didn’t support for increasing the worker income.en_US
