Mixed promotion is an activity to influence society in order to be affected to willingly see, try, consume and become customers of a particular product. In practice, there are factually some constraints; that is, Law, Government Regulation, some local regulations, and Fatwa (Islamic rules-based decisions on a particular thing) of MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) and PP (Central Board) of Muhammadiyah which restrict the movement of consumers of cigarettes. This research attempts to explore any factors that influence the level of consumption, whether the restrictions and prohibitions stipulated in regulations issued by the government and social organizations provide an effect on the level of cigarette consumption.en_US
