dc.description.abstract	In this development era, especially economic development in Capital Market, corporation is an important element in realising various legal acts, including crime by corporation and its victim. Therefore, the UUPM (Capital Market Act) reform should make the corporation as legal subject that can be imposed criminal sanction based on UUPM. Inaddition, it is so necessary to reform the criminal sanction provisions in accordance with the legal subject development.	en_US
