dc.description.abstractthis article tries to discuss the separate state finance in BUMN (National Corporation). From a legal perspective, does the legal status of the state finance., which has a separated position and is managed by National Corporation, complu to public or private law? This is a case study of suspected corruption in Mandiri Bank. This study also discusses from which aspect of public law is the public responsibility of the status of separate state finance is observed. Thus the public responsibility relies on the official who signs the decree, while the law act againts the board of directors in managing the state finance complies to private law. Concerning companies, National Corporation's authority should not be abuseden_US
