Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Bengkel Dealer Yamaha Graha Motor Ambulu Jember Tahun 2013
Abstract
The purpose of the research to know the significant influence of job satisfaction and job training on employee performance in part of dealer of Yamaha GrahaMotor Ambulu Jember. This research is conducted at an authorized dealer of Yamaha Graha Motor Ambulu Jember with a sample of 30 respondents. The data collection methods those are used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this research are descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis method that consists of multiple linear regression analysis, testing F and testing T. The coefficient result of multiple determinations Rsquare show that job satisfaction and job training on employee performance (Y) of 65.5%. Thus the purpose of this research is to know whether there is a significant effect of job satisfaction and job training on employee performance can be proven.
