dc.description.abstractThe presence of roof tile comp(mies in Tamansari - Wuluhan - Jember has not shown the existence of synergies belween companies and with other elements in order to improve innovation and business eficiency. This was reJlected in most of the production process to the marketing of roof tile prodtcts tlut are still performed as an individual company. In other words, the concentration of raof tile companies in Tamansari stopped only to the extent of an industrial roof tile. Whereas, by naking a group of roof tile companies in a certain area allows for collaboration beAueen cmtpoies as well as with other elements in these area to improve business fficiency as weU as f,w creation of a new innovation related to the roof tile industry. This researh aimed o idantifiing cluster variables of roof tile industry that will provide fic roof tile industry, and determine the cluster variab.les priorities that can be used as a reference to arrange a cluster development strategy in the competitive advottage for Determination of tlu chrstcr variables based on the concept of Porter's Diamond Model. Roof tile industry cluster variailes idcntified are: The Quality Transportation Facilities, Telccommunication Facilities, Excellent Suppliers Companies, In&tstial future. of Labor, Capital Access, Quality of Roof Tile, fouipment Provider Companies, Roof Tile Buyer Companies, Financial Institutions, Trowprtaion Companies, Distibutors of Roof Tile Companies, Roof Tile Business Associations, Corqruties Strategy, Organizational Structure, Similar Companies, Job Training Centers, Universities, Corporate Tax, Legal and Quality of the cluster variable priority to cluster development stategy using following results: Related od Srryponing Industries Factor with variables as Standards.
