dc.description.abstractArlocorpus is the main genus of Moraceae its flavonoid content which exhibi* free family. The genrn is well-knownfor radical sccvenger potency. In this research study, lhe stem bark of Artocarpus champefun was extracted using n-hexone and dichlloromethbne sequentially to obtain dichloromethane extract. The extroct was fractionaled obtain 14 using n-hexane, dichlorometharc and methanol with gradient method to fractions. The extract and fractions were evalualed for their sccNenger activity using diphenyl picryl lrydrazil (DPPH) method. The results showed exhibit the highestfree radical scovenger activities with ECsa 84,46; 79,9/1; 75,46 pglml ann90,02;85,8J, 81,48 pg/ml in 3a, 45 and 60 minutes thal the extract and tN respectively.en_US
