treat malaria
This research
study was conducted
to
examine the antimalarial
activity of metlanolic extract
and chloroformic
fraction
of
D. repens
L
hos been used
fruit
infected with Plasmodium
berghei.
The
antimalarial

were divided into 7
groups
as treatments,
three mice each

tlu concentration of 12.5, 25,
50, 75, 100 and 150 mg/kg BW The results
showed
that the IC5s of methanolic
extract of D- repens Lfruit was
47, 2 mg/kg BW, while the IC50
of
was
38, 9 mg/kg BW.
So
it
can
be
concluded that
lhe D.
