dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to examine the effect of problem based instruction, skill-oriented process of student learning outcomes in learning physics in junior high school, and to describe the process of science skills to students during the learning of problem-based instruction, using skill-oriented process of science in learning physics in junior high school. This type of research was quasi-experimental design with one group pre test-post test. The research data in the form of learning outcomes while the test is taken by engineering process of science skills with student’s activities observation in laboratory and observation. Results showed no effect of the use of problem-based instruction, skill-oriented process of student learning outcomes and skills of science students during the learning process using problem-based instruction, skill-oriented process are classified in the criteria either.en_US
