dc.description.abstractThe research design employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR). From the observation, the data shows that the students were 49,65% active which indicates that the students were categorized as active enough. However, after being given treatment in the first cycle, clasically the students’ activeness was improved 11,42%. Thus, the activeness rate becomes 61,07%, indicating that the students could be then categorized as active. In second cycle to 83.32% included in the criteria for highly active. In addition, looking at the students’ learning achievement found in the post-test of the pre-cycle which firstly was 41,02%, apparently it was also improved 34,65% in the fisrt cycle, making the rate even higher to be 75,67%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the students’ achievement rate to be 81,57%.en_US
