| dc.description.abstract | The research about the absorption of employees at small industry of oven nuts in Bantal village, district of Asembagus, Situbondo regency” aims to know the elasticity employees absorption, scale and type of industry (capital or labor intensive) at small industry of oven nuts. This research were use elasticity and Cob Douglass method which transformed to Multiple Regression Analysis. The value of labor elasticity is equal to 1,3, it mean that labor is elastic. The value of capital elasticity is equal to 0,94, it mean that capital is inelastic. The value of production elasticity is equal to 1,007, it mean that Increasing return to scale. Result of the analysis shown that probability F is 0,000 it can be concluded that labor and capital have signifikant effect to productivity. The result of partial test showed that capital have significant effect to productivity with value of probability t
