dc.description.abstractTrading business is a business that purchases the goods and trying to sell it at a price above the base price, in order to receive benefits. Different companies that offer this kind of services or sell goods that are not tangible. Trading business is a business that provides or offers tangible physical goods called merchandise. Work done by the trading business is to buy and sell merchandise without making amendments first. Activities that are most prominent in the trading business is the sales process is done without any intermediaries and indirect sales as sales of unit employees, which is the topic of this study. Populations and samples in this study were at Rogojampi- Banyuwangi sales totaling 80 people. This study used path analysis, because the analysis of the path, to know how to direct and indirect pathways are formed from the variables studied. By calculating the coefficient of the path can be seen that the direct effect of work experience on communications amounted to 0.242, while the effect of motivation on communication amounted to 0.392. Furthermore, the direct effect of work experience on productivity is equal to 0.205. while the direct effect of motivation on productivity is equal to 0.260. While the direct effect of job stress on productivity is equal to 0.183. For intermediate variables, namely communication, has a direct effect on productivity is equal to 0.312. Variable work experience also have an indirect effect on productivity through communication amounted to 0.075. For the indirect effect on productivity through motivation variable communication amounted to 0.122, while the indirect effect of work stress variables on productivity via communication is equal to 0.042. In addition, the total effect on the productivity variable work experience through communication amounted to 0.317. Total effect of motivational variables on productivity via communication amounted to 0.514, while the total effect of work stress variables on productivity via communication is equal to 0.179.en_US
