This study is based on learning objectives in physics is to develop students' level of thinking and forming positive attitudes towards physics related to the environment. Thus, the necessary methods and media appropriate for the learning process. The purpose of this study is the first, to produce effective Discussions Physics Events Photos Method in teaching learning process the subject of Temperature and Heat on high school students. Second, describe the learning activities using Genesis Photos Physics Discussions method is effective in Learning Highlights Temperature and Heat on high school students. This research includes the design of development research with action research, the research design used is the model cycle Hopkins. The research subject is class XI MAN 2 Jember. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis method to improve the student's learning outcomes were analyzed by using the Normalized Gain. As for the students' activity data were analyzed with descriptive analysis of the percentage of the activity. Results of the research is an effective method of discussions conducted with groups of 4-5 members and members of students' learning activities included in the active category.en_US
