STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN WILAYAH TAPAL KUDA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR SEBAGAI KESATUAN DAERAH PERENCANAAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN DALAM KONTEKS OTONOMI DAERAH

Abstract

Decentralization policy can have meanings as right, authority and the duty which be given in the decentralization‟s area to regulate and to arrange their government‟s arrangement and the need of their people to increase their efficient and the result of government‟s implementation in public service and realization of development according to legislation. The growth of economy is supported by superior‟s sector which take place at some region that have limitation of region and have economic connection between one region to another. Superior sector should be known by society in order that it could be easy for society to look for business opportunity so that the prosperity of society could be risen. One of the alternative is to make a concept of economy in horse-shoe region, which give priority to economical growth. This study aims are determining : (1) To formulate any kinds of planning and programs in order to give extra point of development in agriculture‟s sector to create the growth of economy‟s region. (2) To determine central of economy region at horse-shoe region and to determine economical contribution in the central of horse-shoe region. The location or area for research was decided by purposive method. The method used in this research are descriptive methods and comparative analysis. Data used in this research was secondary data.
