    Abstract
    PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Limited) Garden Kalisepanjang cultivates cocoa as a major commodity. Total area for producing kakao of 705 Ha. The development of cocoa production by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Limited) of Kalisepanjang Plantation experiences decreasing because the age of plants that are no longer productive, high rate of rainfall and pest attacks. In addition, the cocoa price development declines due to competition on cocoa quality from other plantations. Another problem is the number of workers that are still fewer compared to the total area of cocoa cultivated.
