century is determined the ability to
transform us according to change demand and strengthen culture supporting the
target of organization. If this matter can be creatd, employes achievement with
increase can influence organization commitment which is finally can determine
employes perfomance at academic civitas. This research which is conducted at
100 employes from Various and use simple random sampling in whole population
which is elected to be responden. This 100 people are asked ti fill queationnaire
list which use variable indicator list concern leadership style, organization culture,
organization commitment and employees achievement. Based on the descriptive
analysis result concern leadership, culture, organization commitment and work
achievement at university of Muhammadiyah Jember, the desciption concern
variable of hypothesis 1 is (P) 0,986, Hypotesis 2 is (P) 0,02 hypothesis 3 is (P)
0,049, hypothesis 4 is (P) 0,045 and hypothesis 5 is (P) 0,07 From examination of
hypothesis which do not significant is that hypothesis 1 the leadeship style
influence organization commitment, while hypotesis 2,3,4 and 5 are significant.
Then research is expected can be for institute specially Unvercity of
Muhammadiyah Jember which placing forward science and Islamic.
