dc.description.abstract | Rice lifters work by using his body as a means of transport such as bear, carrying, or
shouldering. Most rice lifters in warehouse distribution of Bulog Mangli Jember
complained signs of work fatigue, and therefore should be empirically examined risk
factors associated with work fatigue. The problems that need to be studied is what
factors is associated with work fatigue on rice lifters at the distribution of Warehouse
Bulog Mangli Jember? The research characteristic is Explanatory, using Cross
Sectional research methodology on its study. Samples were obtained by means of a
Random Sampling technique obtained samples of 38 rice lifters. Data gathering was
conducted by distributing uses observation sheets and IFRC questionnaires
measuring of work fatigue, observation sheet of workload, microtoie, and bathroom
scale. The technique of data analysis used is the t-test, with α 0,05, the variables in
the test with t test (t-test) that has a interval data scale, while Spearman Rank
Correlation statistical test with α 0,05 used for variables that has a ordinal data
scale. The results of analysis indicate that there is no correlation between age and
work fatigue with p>α (0,123>0,05), there is no correlation between work phases
and work fatigue with p>α (0,190 >0,05), there is a significant correlation between
work hours and work fatigue with p<α (0,04<0,05), there is no correlation between
nutritional status and work fatigue with p>α (0,732>α), there is a significant
correlation between workload and work fatigue with p<α (0,000<0,05). Because
work fatigue have correlation with working hours and workload it is advised to
reduce the load to be lifted for every workers and reduce the working hours to be 8
hours a day. | en_US |
